The 1921 SAFL Grand Final was contested between Norwood and Port Adelaide, at the Adelaide Oval on 8 October 1921. It was the 23rd annual Grand Final of the South Australian Football League, The match, attended by 34,000 spectators. The match was won by Port Adelaide by 8 Points in front of 34,800 spectators.
